First time there for my wife's birthday. The staff we interacted with were very nice and friendly. They did their best to accommodate two wheelchairs. If you happened to be wheelchair bound, it's very easy to enter the building. I was confused when it was time to pay and I received two different bills. one for a pedicure and the other for a manicure. The nail salons we've been too in the past put it all on the same bill. I plan on coming here for my birthday next month.
This salon is amazing. The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY and Professional. They go out their way to make you feel comfortable and make sure you get exactly what you want. I don’t let nobody touch my nails or eyebrows but them. My nails are always prefect. The price is always worth paying when you’re getting exactly what you wanted. Today was my first time going to this salon and I’m never going anywhere else!!! All the technicians were kind, sweet, and friendly, and my tech went above and beyond to make my nails look nice. She even pushed the cuticle back and painted to the cuticle to make sure they look good for a long time, which is something that salons don’t bother doing anymore! The shape is great and they made sure that they were all the same length and even with each other! So amazing!!
I’m really particular about my nails (I like them to be pretty much perfect.) I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual spot, so I decided to try Mani Pedi & More out on a whim. I made an appointment for 3:45 but was kept waiting for 25 minutes. However, the woman who did my nails was very friendly and accommodating—she had me in & out in about 45 minutes. Usually I like my nail tech to take their time because when they rush, I’m not happy with how my nails turn out. That being said, I was in a hurry so I didn’t really have much of a choice. I showed the tech what I wanted and she did a pretty good job. Overall my experience was satisfactory. If you are looking for quick service with fair prices, this is the place.
